Refund and Returns Policy

At Hidden Mountain Woodworks, we take pride in crafting products with exceptional attention to detail and rigorous quality control. Each piece is handcrafted from natural materials, so slight variations in the final product are to be expected, adding to the unique character of every item. Every product is carefully inspected throughout the build process to ensure the highest standards.

Warranty

If a product has a defect in material or workmanship, it may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new condition and securely packaged for return shipping. Please note that shipping and packaging costs are the customer’s responsibility. Hidden Mountain Woodworks is not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.

Shipping

Processing Time
All of our products are made-to-order, and most orders are typically shipped within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. As each item is crafted by hand, slight variations may occur, adding unique character to your piece.

Shipping Fees
All shipping and handling fees are included in the price of the product for all orders within the United States. This fee is included in the price at checkout. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Local Pick-Up
If you’re located near the Grand Junction area and prefer to pick up your order locally, shipping costs will be refunded upon pick-up. Please contact us directly to arrange a local pick-up and get more details.

International Shipping
Currently, we are unable to offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Custom Orders and Larger Shipments
For custom orders, large items, or bulk orders, shipping times and costs may vary. Please reach out to us directly to discuss a tailored shipping timeline and any bulk shipping rates.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure your products are shipped promptly, please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed if there are any delays that affect your order.

Shipping Issues

If your product was damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please notify Hidden Mountain Woodworks immediately so we can address the issue.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If the product has not entered production, a 3% credit card cancellation fee will apply.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit once work has begun.
